Nique-O was born on July 22nd, 1991 in the MECCA of hip hop, New York. Growing up in Queens, his childhood was not what you’d expect for your average young boy. On the 18th day of July 1994, him and his family were involved in a major car accident. Luckily, there were no other serious injuries. However, Nique-O was on the receiving end of something life threatening. Dying on the hospital table at only 3 years old he was described as a miracle baby as he came back to the world and would soon surprise everybody with a remarkable recovery.
He was always into music since the young ages of just 4 and 5, it was for sure no shock when he picked up the pen and wrote his first rap at around 13. His family though they supported him and his career, had no idea just how far he would take his dream, but he did.
Wasting no time, Nique-O jumped on to the scene and let his presence known. Night after night in his basement studio on Long Island where he was living at the time, he would record hundreds of songs. These songs would then go onto countless mixtapes which Nique-O distributed himself. Even being a tiny fish in the middle of the ocean, he just seemed to have that “something” people couldn’t live without.
