Story & Blue is an indie pop duo comprised of songwriters Tova Litvin and Tyler Shamy.
Tova and Tyler originally met on the LA writing scene at a terrible networking party at the legendary Hotel Cafe, and somehow became good friends and collaborators anyway. The duo’s mutual credits include a number one spot on iTunes, several top 10 hits in Japan, a #1 JHiphop record, multiple songs written for the Marvel Rising Franchise as well as Disney’s Villains, High School Musical (2019), and the Descendants. They two have also been featured on dozens of TV, commercial and film projects.
After finding each other on LA’s songwriting scene, the two realized they shared a mutual love of offbeat lyrics, violins and an inappropriate sense of humor. Soon after, Story & Blue was born.
Their single In Another Life just dropped and will be shortly followed by their EP.
When the duo is not in the studio, they can be found on safari with elephants or filming apocalyptic scenes in the San Jacinto desert. Really.
