Although influenced by the likes of Banks, Halsey and Demi Lovato, the Scottish alternative singer-songwriter was raised listening to all different genres, from the likes of Led Zeppelin to N.E.R.D. Her diverse influences led to the creation of the EP ‘Wildfire’, with the main structure following an alternative pop theme but with electro, synth and shoegaze elements shown throughout.
Alongside her passion for music, the Scottish singer-songwriter is an avid LGBT supporter, as well as being part of the community herself. She has found her music acts as a way to vocalize her thoughts on the community as well as mental health issues.
LEDA has recently taken to producing her own music, giving it a new edge that we have not previously seen from the artist.
Fingertips is a dark alt/pop song that follows the narrative of a murderess on the run, all of this is a metaphor for leaving old versions of yourself behind, becoming unrecognizable.
