Jessa is in a place all too familiar to anyone who has felt the sting of betrayal before when Zach catches up to her to explain his version of events. She knows if she listens she will fall for his lies so she tries not to let him get a word in but when she looks into those eyes she is reminded of the butterflies she still gets when she sees him, the feeling of floating on air when he whispers he loves her, and that overwhelming sensation of love. She feels herself getting weak so she walks away to clear her head. Zach does the same. He is thinking how sorry he was and that if he could just get her to listen she’d understand and when he looks up there is Jessa with tears in those forgiving eyes and her arms open wide for his embrace.
