Axel Predes is a musician, actor and songwriter from Entre Ríos, Argentina. His musical journey began at a very young age when he started playing percussion and drums at just 4 years old. Later on, at the age of 13, he stepped on stages for the first time as a drummer with different local bands, carrying his passion for this instrument. At the age of 21, he decided to pursue a solo career to start expressing himself from a different point of view. Finally, after hitting the studio in March 2021, he released “Comienzo”, his debut single. Written by himself and produced by Matias Besson, this song marked the beginning of his story, sharing his own life experiences.
Recently, with the help of Santiago Zaballo, Axel Predes followed up his debut single with a new track called “Artificial”, an intimate look at a relationship between two passionate people. In the accompanying, Axel Pedes shows how people can react by affronting their feelings, while also trying to reflect what is written in the lyrics of the track, along with an unexpected plot twist at the end. Influenced by Soda Stereo and Depeche Mode, Axel’s sound is a mix of different musical genres, going through pop/rock and discovering himself with electronic sounds, without losing his characteristic essence.
